Quarterly city-wide cleanup set for April 23

MARSHALL – The City of Marshall has placed a new recycling unit downtown in the parking lot behind the historic Weisman building and Central 
Perks. The lot is located off of North Wellington Street in Marshall.
In other news, the City of Marshall will join once again with Republic Waste Systems for the quarterly city-wide cleanup with free disposal for city water/wastewater residential customers from 8 a.m. – noon, Saturday, April 23, at the City Convenience Station at 2300 Five Notch Road, just east of Hwy. 59.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity for free disposal and do their parts in helping keep Marshall clean. (Proof of city residency for disposal product will be required – no household trash.)
