Shooting Suspect Surrenders
One of Marshall’s “Most Wanted” has turned himself into the Harrison County Jail. Vuntarius Lamar Brown, 20, who had a warrant for deadly conduct, was involved in a shooting incident that occurred on the Southwest side of Marshall, surrendered to authorities on Friday, January 13.
Chief Jesus “Eddie” Campa stated, “I would like to thank the members of the community who viewed and shared information on social media regarding this case. It’s that type of cooperation from our community, as well as countless hours that our detectives spent on this case, which ultimately led to Brown’s surrender.”
The Marshall Police Department is still seeking information regarding the location of two other suspects; Trekevien Miller and Dontrell Anderson. Anyone with information is urged to call the Marshall Police Department at 903-935-4575 or Marshall-Harrison County Crime Stoppers at 903-935-9969.
