MPD seeks information on fugitive in forgery case

MARSHALL – Chief Jesus “Eddie” Campa and the Marshall Police Department are seeking the community’s assistance to locate one of our agency’s most wanted fugitives. MPD is seeking any information related to Patterson Cato and his current location.

Cato is wanted by the Marshall Police Department for an outstanding felony warrant for forgery of a financial instrument. Cato is described as a black male, 5’8”, 140 pounds with a thin build. Cato has black hair and brown eyes. The last known address for Cato was in Longview. Cato is wanted for cashing a fraudulent check at a local business in Marshall.
