Kelly comes to the Police Department after working nearly 10 years in the broadcasting field. She has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Multimedia Audio/Video production. Chief Campa stated, “We are very excited to have Kelly on our team. I believe that her years of experience in the broadcasting field, along with her education, will be an asset to our department. We look forward to working with Kelly and I welcome her into the Marshall Police Department family.”
