Longview Police Investigate Dead Body

October 10, 2016

On October 9, 2016 at 12:53 p.m., Longview Police were dispatched to an Assist Longview Fire Department in the 1400 Block of Sabine Street. When officers arrived they were told that there was a vehicle on fire near the railroad tracks. After the Fire Department extinguished the blaze they found a body inside the truck. Police will continue to investigate this death and will release more information as it becomes available.
