Sam Baxter, a principal in the McKool Smith firm, was selected for inclusion in the Law 360’s inaugural list of ‘Icons of IP.’
This list honors 25 lawyers who have helped shaped today’s intellectual property landscape and have made an ‘indelible mark in the intellectual property area.’
According to a release from Law360, “Mr. Baxter is one of the most successful patent litigators in the eastern district of Texas due to his high-profile patent wins.” Attorneys with Ruffin Cordell of Fish & Richardson, who have worked on cases with Mr. Baxter and litigated against him, noted that “Sam Baxter is the consummate trial lawyer through and through.
