“This week’s Patterson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Patterson Toyota MISD Staff Member of the Week is Vickie Bailey, Library Aide at William B Travis Elementary School. Mrs. Nancy Fessler, principal at Travis Elementary, shared that Mrs. Bailey wears many hats at Travis-and she wears all of them well. Each morning at 6:45 you will find her greeting our bus students with music and starting their day off with a smile. At lunch you will find her in the cafeteria with the students, helping them to get their trays, clean up their areas, and caring for them in a loving, but firm way. Her assignment is to make our library accessible to all students and all teachers. She does an excellent job with this and sets up displays, STEM projects, holds book fairs; all with a smile! We could not do without Mrs. Bailey!
