HALLSVILLE – Bahahahahaha!! You can hear her laugh from about a mile away! Always smiling, always lending an extra hand, and always talking! Gabby Andreottola has made herself a fixture in the Hallsville community. She has volunteered for so many community events, that to be honest, I’m not sure I can count them all!
Gabby moved here from Corsicana in 2012, but to be honest with you. Most people think she was born here! That’s how involved she has been over the last couple of years. She is a vital part of the chamber of commerce, secretary for the water department, friend, and a die- hard Steelers fan!
I went from not knowing her at all, to calling on her for help with every community event that I do. Not only because she has great ideas, and a work ethic that is amazing, but also because she gets things done. And does it all with a smile on her face!
I am so glad she found herself in Hallsville Texas, our community is better because of her and the work she has done for us! She is the epitome of the old saying “He/she would give you the shirt off their back” that is her in a nutshell. And I’m glad to call her friend.
So if you ever find yourself with a few extra minutes, start towards the city hall. Listen for the loudest laughter in the world, follow it until you get it the water department desk. And there you will find Gabby. She will either be wearing a Hallsville Pride shirt or a Steelers shirt. Say hi, she has never met a stranger. You will be better for it, I promise!
