Sadly, living near this now eyesore of a building, we can say it does nothing but attract bad behavior. It does not improve property value in any way and only makes Marshall look bad, because this is what happens to most properties here. They are left to rot to the point of no return. Then, they become a topic of hot debate. Very sad!
I haven’t found the “i” in the right hand corner yet so I will have to leave a message. Yes it is an eyesore,but who is going to pay for the clean up.oh don’t tell me about memories I have hauled many a load out of there .
