MPD’s newest MVP

Marshall Police Chief Jesus “Eddie” Campa has named Peggy Abraham as this week’s MVP. Mrs. Abraham has worked tirelessly compiling all of the information needed in preparation for the Marshall Police Department’s biennial audit by the Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (TLETS). TLETS provides the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and local criminal justice agencies with access to the Texas Crime Information Center (TCIC); DPS’ Computerized Criminal History System (CCH); DPS’ Driver License System (DLS); The Department of Motor Vehicles’ Registration Title System (RTS), TexasSure – the Financial Responsibility Verification Program (FRVP) and Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD).

Chief Campa stated, “Mrs. Abraham’s dedication and hard work enabled the Marshall Police Department to get the auditor everything they needed with no headaches. I am proud to announce that MPD did, in fact, pass the audit.”

Peggy Abraham has served at the Marshall Police Department as a Communications Specialist (dispatcher) for more than 18 years.
